The first floor moves creating a covered porch in the access, opposite to the park.
The programme is developed in two floors. The resulting piece shows a compact character and only the volume which corresponds to the scenic box of the auditorium rises and stands out over the rest.
The idea that determines the siting and configuration of the building is the intention of relating it to the adjacent public space, of establishing a link between them, of achieving an understanding of the public space as an extension of the building. These are the reasons which lead us to propose a shelter space in the front of the building towards the square by means of the projection of the first floor. A pleasant protection space against the sun and the rain is created this way, in which the dialog between the interior and exterior is reinforced.
